How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
With my job I am required to travel about 50% of the the time so I do my best to eat "clean" while on the road, but when my training volumes are high, my intake generally requires more food so it is hard to stay too clean.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Decided to follow The Outlaw Way June of 2012.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played club lacrosse in college
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Your typical "I found crossfit and I'll never look back story". I am amazed to see over 3+ years where this has gone. The quality of training opportunities that are out there now amaze me and I look forward to seeing where this goes. What will keep me coming back, and more importantly is that everywhere you look within this community you will find truly amazing people. It doesn't take long to realize how special this is.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Again with travel I need to be flexible. There are certain staples that I make sure I get in every week, mainly squats and weightlifting practice (snatch/cleans), and gymnastic/weakness work) but sometimes have to get creative with programming.
