Just a dad and husband with 2 kids as my first priority. I own 2 businesses, one I'm the Chief Operations Officer over 7 retail locations and then second I co-own newly opened CrossFit Republic. I've competed in 8 Collegiate National Track and Field Championships in my 4 years of college and won the 400m dash National Championship while doing so. Went to the 2011 Regionals and then the CF Games, took a year off for the birth of my second kiddo and then went back to regionals on a team in 2013. Life is crazy, but want to be an example to my CFR members and challenge myself with another year of the Open. In this season of life I may not have time to get much training volume, but definitely don't mind pushing myself to the limits in a workout... That is, when I'm not eating choc chip cookies in front of a Pixar movie. :) I am truly blessed.


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Casually follow the Zone, with some cheating involved. My wife is an excellent baker. ;)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I write my own programming

Been writing my own workouts for 5 years... Always focusing on weaknesses...

Schedule is based around my family and work. Nothing more important than them, which translates into playing superheros or going to the park instead of getting in a workout. Only get to be a dad once! #blessed
