Just a husband and dad of 3. Own/run 2 family businesses, one is retail with 7 locations and the other is CrossFit Republic... so life is full but truly blessed. Sponsored by 1st Phorm Supplements and GodWOD Strong Apparel, and doing the Open this year for fun as a box owner with our members... the Open is a blast, but one and done on all WODs. This just ain't my year... life just has me too busy right now to train accordingly and be mentally involved. Currently I work out about 3-4 times a week, which may not be much to other competitors but has been necessary for balance in my life. I have to find time to play superheros and eat choc chip cookies with my kids :) Only get to be a dad once! Love my life and I train to be fit for my family...
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Casually follow the Zone, with some cheating involved. My wife is an excellent baker. ;)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
Been writing my own workouts for 8 years... Always focusing on weaknesses and enjoy the grind...

Schedule is based around my family and work. Nothing more important than them at this point in life, which translates into playing superheros instead of getting in a workout ;) Only get to be a dad once!
