I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I try to adhere to the Zone Diet parameters and I enjoy that - however, I also enjoy time with my family so quite often sacrifice what I should be eating to enjoy meals with them
