I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I also compete in Surfing and Olympic Weight Lifting!

Was an ex- level 10 Artistic gymnast, also ex flat water sprint kayaker and ex surf life saver.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
