I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Paleo with privileges. Basically Strict Paleo 5-6 days a week and not so Paleo the other day or two. The cheat meals keep my sain and on track overall.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
