As of March 15, 2013, I will have been doing CrossFit for 1 year. I absolutely love it and am excited to see where I rank among the other athletes.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I just finished a 30 day Paleo challenge and have now decided to stick with the Paleo lifestyle.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
My life is insanely busy, so I have started to workout in my garage about 6 days a week. I attend Crossfit Takeover whenever I get a free day.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer, basketball and volleyball in highschool.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I will be getting Level 1 Certified in 4 weeks and am/will continue to train others in my garage.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 6 days a week, incorporating CrossFit and running to train for marathons.
