I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Eating clean has always been a way of life for me, although admittedly i do enjoy a good treat meal now and again. In the past 6 months i have eaten Paleo on and off 4 weeks at a time and seen great results but now need something that agrees with my lifestyle and dietary needs more effectively. This brought me to the zone diet and i am really enjoying it as i don't find it a great hassle weighing and measuring foods as some people do, as i find measuring comes with preparation and being organised also helps. I have found I feel less need to cheat and feel more satisfied with my energy levels.
