I started CrossFit years ago on my own, then joined my first gym in Dubai. After that, I was hooked! I bounced around several gyms, most recently in Okinawa, Japan. I've recently moved to Cambodia, where I am the head coach and manager of Cambodia's first and only CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit Amatak. This is our gym's first year doing the CrossFit Open, and I'm excited to help bring this community together to test our fitness.
