I started CrossFit years ago on my own, then joined my first gym in Dubai. After that, I was hooked! I'm currently the head coach and manager for CrossFit Amatak, Cambodia's first and only CrossFit affiliate! This is our gym's second year doing the CrossFit Open, and I'm excited to help bring this community together to test our fitness.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I keep it "mainly paleo."

Tried it out on my own at first, but then I was convinced to sign up for a gym and I haven't looked back since! Now I'm the head coach at CrossFit Amatak, the first and only CrossFit affiliate in Cambodia. I love my job of helping people become healthier, stronger, and happier!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
Train on M/Tues/W/F/Saturday. Rest on Thursday and Sunday.
