I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Was 1st introduced by my cousin and some guy named Gabe Subry...Gabe is ok at this CF stuff I guess.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I do curls and bench every day! #BroScience
