How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat very clean. No carb deficit here though; just keep my carbs clean. Some people eat pizza 3x a week and don't gain a pound! I take too many breathes of air and gain 7 lol.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I write my own programming

Training hard so my mama can stop whoopin my ass.
