How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat very clean. No carb deficit here though; just keep my carbs clean. Lots of sweet potatoes, veggies, and fruit to fuel my GAINZ.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
Find a weakness, punch it in the face over and over and over. All while NOT forgetting to master my strengths.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
Introduced to CF by my friend Katie and cousin Huge. Gabe Subry programmed CF Football style WODs for me to prepare me for my senior season at OPSU.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I hate being away from the gym! If my body isn't telling me to rest, you already know where to find me. I'll taper the weight/volume in my training from time to time. Not too many true rest days.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started 5 years ago but a serious back injury had me out of the game for 10 months so I don't count 2012.
