This is my 2nd Crossfit Open and i can say i have improved, but also its harder for me not to be with my Crosffit family due to my service in the United States Air Force. But im not going to let it stop me from still competing.

How I Eat

Decline to answer

I eat whatever i can get my hands on....but its most all healthy.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I crossfit everyday I enjoy having my trainers teach and i can learn and become BIGGER, STRONGER, and FASTER. Now that i Crossfit i have never seen weight in my life that I am lifting today, setting new PR's for myself is the best.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

always been in sports when i was younger and in high school, but after high school sports has ended until i join Crossfit 530 in 2012 and have been hooked ever since. Crossfit has set me a higher standard of competition for myself, because everyday is a new day and a new workout and i love to compete with myself and see how far i can push myself to the limit.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I have seen changes in the way i perform in my workouts and in my body i love the way i look and the way i feel during the day. i recommend Crossfit any day of the week.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month

I workout 5 to 6 days a week at least more then an hour at a intense rate.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

6-12 months

started Crossfit in 2012 and will never stop until i can move anymore.
