How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Gotten more serious about eating clean in the last few months. Strict Paleo about 75% of the time. Including pure protein lunches. (I write with my protein hot chocolate..)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3-5 times a week. Trying to add some back to back days or extra strength set at the end.

I regularly play recreational sports
10 years of Small Circle Jujitsu 4.5 Years college fencing
