How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Meat and veggies a lot. Starchier stuff after workouts, fruits sporadically. Avoid things that impede performance.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

9-10 workout sessions per week, mostly completed individually, but programmed by my coach.

CrossFit has changed my body, my mind, and my life. I hope to help others have a similarly amazing experience.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
One scheduled full recovery day per week. Unscheduled rest days are rare and on a need basis, typically have to feel a good deal of overtraining symptoms or CNS fatigue to coax me to rest another day.
