How I Train
I mostly do the workouts I program for my gym, CrossFit Cadence.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Football, Soccer, martial arts as a kid and through high school. Now I use CrossFit to fill that void... and to help me do cool stuff like snowboarding, and playing sports with my kids.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
I've been training people since college, discovered CF around 4 years ago, converted my gym to an affiliate and the rest is history.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
With 3 kids and a business to run, I'm lucky if I can stick to my 3 days on/1 day off, 2 days on/1 day off schedule. Occasionally I'll throw in a double day, but usually only when competition is looming :)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in the summer of 2008. level 1 certified in 2009 and level 2 certified in 2010.
