I try and eat paleo most of the time. I do not eat gluten.

My Athletic Background
Up until June 2011 I was a marathon runner. I have now swapped the 'map my run apps' for weight lifting shoes and a skipping rope.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started with the awesome guys at Canterbury Crossfit in Christchurch New Zealand and now train with Wales' best at Dragon Crossfit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I work out Monday to Saturday with the Dragons.
