How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Started with strict Paleo but felt my strength plateau. Added more starchy carbs back in, but stick mainly to core Paleo concepts for most of my eats. Feeling great overall.

I played youth or high school level sports
Swam as a pup. Rode BMX, mountain, & dirt bikes.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Really opened my eyes to what true fitness means. I THOUGHT I was pretty fit before trying CrossFit, but my first few WODs laid me out flat and almost introduced me to Pukie! That was the death of my regular "routine," forever... It's a whole different game now.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Typically 4-5 WODs/week, 2 OLY, sometimes a Team WOD. Rest as needed- I feel it out according to how my body feels.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Started late November 2012 and love every second of it.
