How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat ice cream, chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough... That's paleo right?

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I trrain hard, fast with absolutely no cuddling after.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Been crossfitting on and off for 3 years. 2 bad back injuries kept me out for 8 months twice. I've been back for 13 months.
