I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mostly paleo. Cheat a little with dairy and have a cheat day once in a while. I LOVE dark chocolate!!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

As I said above, I've been power lifting regularly since 2013 using Westside Barbell's conjugate system. I believe you can never be too strong and hope it pays off across the CF spectrum, from met-cons to power lifts.
