How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I just try to eat as healthy as I can that is most convenient. I stay away from fast foods and try to cook at home as often as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My programming comes from Crossfit FTF who is based out of Fresno California.
