I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat fairly strict paleo, 100% gluten free. I do love me some red wine and dark chocolate and Margaritas!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My brother in Iowa and friend in Minnesota talked me into trying it 3 years ago and I still love it and look forward to going to the gym every day!
