My Athletic Background
I was in ballet from age 2 1/2 through college, minoring in dance at The University of Akron. My baby is heavy and likes to be carried.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I used to be terrified of the weight room. Now, the heavier, the better! I've lost 95 lbs in the past year since discovering how CrossFit changes the body. I'm healthier than ever now that I don't worry about the weight on the scale going down, and focus more on the weight on the bar going UP.
