I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I was in ballet from age 2 1/2 through college, minoring in dance at The University of Akron. My three year old is heavy and likes to be carried.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I used to be terrified of the weight room. Now, the heavier, the better! I love the community I've found in CrossFit, and that it has helped me find friends who share my passion for this life.
