Jordan is a CrossFit L2 Trainer at Ruya CrossFit in Boulder, Colorado. Originally from the Southeast Region, this is her first season in a new region! She started CrossFitting at CF Huntsville in her hometown of Huntsville, Alabama in April of 2009. She has since competed in the AL/MS/TN CrossFit Sectionals in March 2010, the Dirty South Southeast Regional in May 2010, the CrossFit Open in February 2011, 2012, and went with a team, making it into the top 10, at the 2012 Southeast Regional. Jordan's most recent accomplishment was advancing as an individual to the 2013 Southeast Regional and taking 15th place. She also took 6th place at the USAW Senior Nationals that same year as a 69kg lifter. Jordan has taken the 2014 season off and is starting to rebuild now in 2015.

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer my whole life growing up. Now I compete in Olympic lifting as well as CrossFit. Recreational sports include rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, snowboarding, hiking, and anything else that sounds like a good time!

Started CrossFitting in April of 2009 at CF Huntsville under Russell Burger. Transferred to CF Impulse in February 2010. Got my L-1 in May 2010. I quit my good paying job as a professional firefighter/paramedic to follow my passion and work as a full time trainer and assistant manager at CFI in December 2011. In October of 2012 I opened a box called CrossFit CHAMP in Madison, Alabama. I ran that box as the manager and head coach for about 2 years before moving to Boulder, Colorado and accepting a job a RUYA CrossFit. I love my RUYA fam!!! Specialty Certs: CrossFit Kids, CF Gymnastics, CF Olympic Lifting, Coaches Prep, and USAW cert.
