Jordan the head coach at CrossFit CHAMP Performance Training in Madison Alabama. She started CrossFitting at CF Huntsville in April 2009. She has since competed in the AL/MS/TN CrossFit Sectionals in March 2010, the Dirty South Southeast Regionals in May 2010, the CrossFit Open in February 2011 and 2012, and went with a team to the Southeast Regionals in 2012. Jordan most recently went to the 2013 Southeast Regional and took 15th.


How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I follow a strict meal plan designed by CrossFit CHAMP's Nutrition Specialist every day except Saturday. As the season gets closer I will start to cut out cheat days.

I played soccer my whole life growing up. Now I compete in Olympic lifting as well as CrossFit.

Started CrossFitting in April of 2009 at CF Huntsville under Russell Burger. Transferred to CF Impulse in February 2010. Got my L-1 in May 2010. I quit my good paying job as a firefighter and a paramedic to work as a full time trainer and assistant manager at CFI in December 2011. In October of 2012 I opened a box called CrossFit CHAMP in Madison Alabama. I am now running that box as the manager and head coach. Specialty Certs: CrossFit Kids, CF Gymnastics, CF Olympic Lifting, Coaches Prep, and USAW cert.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
