I am active duty Air Force, Level 1 Certificate/Gymnastics Certified, and I am a fitness junkie no matter what it consists of. Love sports of all kinds, working out traditional style and CrossFit. I started CrossFit in January of 2013 and was able to compete in two Regional events already. I placed 10th coming out of Crossfit Asia Regionals in 2013, and 6th in 2014.
I'm very competitive and that's what gives me the motivation to never stop moving. I love being challenged, and CrossFit challenges me daily! Be Fit, Live Happy!!
