Bio

At the beginning of the 2014 Open I will be 30 weeks pregnant with my second baby. "Competing" this year is my way of showing that the Open truely is for all athletes :)

I am an avid supporter of crossfitting while pregnant. It helped me tremedously during my first pregnancy/delivery/recovery and has continued to provide huge benefits the second time around!
