How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a loosely based Paleo diet, but I also include dairy and higher amounts of fruit than what is considered Paleo. I also eat oatmeal (unprocessed), Ezekial bread, and peanut butter. I prefer red meat and eggs for protein sources, but I like chicken and fish too. For fruits, I prefer all berries and apples. I like almost all veggies so that varies a lot. For nuts, I prefer walnuts and almonds. I do cheat, and my favorite cheat is pizza. I also supplement with fish oil, daily multi-vitamin, pre and post workout recovery shakes.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest 2 days per week and as the Games get closer, I will do multiple workouts in a day 2 or 3 times a week. I feel I do best with 2 full days of rest each week.
