Originally from Aberdare and now living in Swansea. Play rugby for Loughor RFC which are in div 1 west. Enjoying training hard.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
My eating pattern changes on a daily basis mainly due to shifts in work. I eat as much lean meat as possible and ensure each meal is complement with a side of veg or salad. Fried foods isn't an option. I do have cheat day which is a Sunday.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Crossfit SA1 at least 4 times per week and in between that I fit in rugby training and games and also a session of TRX on a Wednesday.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I have played rugby since a young age and played at a high standard in division 1.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I joined CrossFit through my brother in dec 2012 and since then I have been hooked.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I have at least one rest day. I do train someways where I will do more than 1 session in a day. Usually a Wednesday I will attend a AM CrossFit session and then attend TRX in the afternoon
