Joined CrossFit Pretoria 7 months ago to help strengthen my back after I had a discectomy in Jan 2012! I'm now addicted to CrossFit and love our Box! Never been as fit and strong as I am now and have a lot to look forward to!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat clean as possible and only cheat on weekends if it looks really tasty! I do follow a paleo diet but I don't weigh or measure yet
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train 3 sessions a week and a 4th on a Saturday if I can which is most of the time!

I played professional sports
Did a lot of sport at high school and varsity but had to stop due to back injury!
