Bio

I found CF when I was a personal Trainer and never looked back. I am now the head coach at Reebok CrossFit ONE and a part of the CrossFIt HQ seminar staff. I love that I am able to do what I love everyday of my life and have the privilege to be able to compete with the best athletes in the world!

How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I have adapted from a strict zone diet to a clean way of eating when I a hungry always trying balance my macronutrients.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

My Coach is EvaClaire Synkowski. My focus in training to bettering my technique and working on my weakness, but always have fun!

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I played college sports

I played Football, Hockey, Lacrosse and Track and Field through high school. I played College hockey shortly.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I have attended one or more specialty courses

I train other people

I work on the CFHQ seminar staff, it is the most rewarding job I could ask for! As well as the head coach at Reebok CF ONE

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

During most of the year my volume is 3 on 1 off, during the games season I amp up the volume accordingly.
