I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played high school basketball, and was an amateur competitive wakeboarder until rotator cuff injury at 25. I had a gap of 4 years between quitting wakeboarding and starting Crossfit. During that time I tried my own gym workouts and failed to stick to them because I was completely bored in regular gyms. I need that competitive aspect to my workouts. Now I'm completely addicted to Crossfit. I love beating myself up now!

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I average 4 workouts a week, sometimes 5 and sometimes 3 due to work. If I'm sore I'll skip the 5th.
