How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Currently trying out strict Paleo to see how it might affect my performance.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I also coach and train with triathletes so I get a lot of swimming, biking, and running in.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have been doing Triathlons since the age of 9 and over the past few years developed a love for Crossfit. I also coach other Triathletes and yes, they get introduced to Crossfit outside the box.

Walked into a box for my first WOD on December 1, 2011. I barely finished it.
