I am currently retired. I worked for 32 years as a treatment team leader serving the developmentally disabled and mentally ill working for the State of New York. I am a proud father of two. I am privileged to workout with my daughter Cara. I have just begun to compete. I am a lifelong athlete and I am so excited for this new challenge. I look forward to meeting new fitness minded individuals and a challenging and rewarding experience!
