Having competed in every open since the inaugural Open season in 2011. I have always learned something new about myself. As times change and life changes, so do the priorities. But I strongly believe that putting yourself out there for the Open will only push me to be a better coach, athlete, father, and husband. By doing something I know is going to hurt, keeps my mind strong no matter how soft my body may get ;) Watching my son (2 years old) attack these workouts are starting to give me a purpose in betting back to training with a serious and intense method. I am excited to see what I will learn about myself in the 2020 season.
