Mitchell Sinnamon made his individual CrossFit Games debut in 2016 with a 37th-place finish. Though he was a rookie to the individual field, he wasn’t new to the bright lights of Carson—in 2015, he helped team Schwartz’s CrossFit Melbourne to a 21st-place finish at the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games. A former member of the Royal Australian Navy, Sinnamon is currently a trainer at CrossFit South Whalf in Australia.
