I have been crossfitting for about 5.5 years. I am a school counselor and mother of 2 daughters. I work out with my husband at Crossfit Kilo in Cedar Falls, IA. I have competed at the Games 2 years and place 6th and 8th with my team!! Crossfit Kilo has made me stronger physically and mentally. I have gained a confidence in myself and what my body can do that I never new I could have.
