CrossFit am See sits right on Lake Constance in Friedrichshafen, training members since 2018. We coach classic CrossFit in small groups, with real focus on movement quality — never sacrificed for speed or load. This is health sport, not competitive sport: we train for a longer, better life, not for the leaderboard. Many of our members had little or no relationship with exercise before they walked through the door — you don't need to arrive fit, you'll become fit. Community carries the rest.
