How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

Pretty much always gluten free, and strict paleo as often as I can without being obsessed with it. I try to eat roughly in zone proportions, but don't weigh or measure.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
