I add strength and a few other programs to my regimen. Also, incorporate massage, swimming and yoga.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Ballet for 9 years, track in high school, amateur and recreational body building in the 80s & 90s, recreational martial arts, cycling, marathons and triathlons in the 90s, group fitness instructor since the 80s and personal trainer since the 90s.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses

Started a CrossFit affiliate solo in June 2008 as CrossFit Sugar Land and later changed the name to Atomic CrossFit and took on business partners. I started CrossFitting in late 2007 and made the methodology 100% of my training in 2008.
