Bio

I Played NCAA Div 1 and Pro Hockey until I realized I was only good at the sport of hockey due to working out. Now I can workout as a sport, so thanks Crossfit for giving me a second chance to be an athlete again. I would also like to point out that I beat Mitch Barnard last year because he didn't bring his step up ladder for the box jumps and rope climbs. If Brent Fikowski doesn't make it to the games this year, don't be surprised if he is in a different region next year #regionjumper #mitchstandsformanbitch #botharemitches If you have nothing better to do, follow us on instagram: @mitchbarnard @fikowski @scalfit... you won't be disappointed.
