How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing Crossfit for about three years. During this time I have had a broken ankle, torn hamstring, torn wrist ligament,and a broken rib. Not kidding. I have had the chance to gain mental fortitude through all of this, and now I can't wait to see how strong I am capable of becoming.
