How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Always trying new recipes from my wife who is a ridiculously good cook. Grass feed meats, lots of veggies, coconut oil and nuts. Bacon and eggs every morning!

My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Penn State Proud. Our collegiate strength and conditioning program was a fantastic foundation for Crossfit. I regularly draw on those experiences, in and out of the gym.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I train other people
I started Crossfit in San Diego at Crossfit Flood in 2007. Moved away and trained on my own, following the main site for 1 year. I missed the community and joined Crossfit Fairfax. Changed jobs and moved to CFF's sister gym, Crossfit Reston.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work and travel a lot. I follow a 2 on/ 1 off, 3 on/ 1 off schedule.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
One of the best decisions of my life. Never looking back.
