How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't eat Paleo but I do stick to a healthy diet full of veggies and protein. I start each day (after Crossfit) with a fresh veggie juice made of spinach, kale, carrots, cucumber, broccoli and pear and then have two eggs for breakfast. Lunch usually involves more spinach, grilled chicken, an apple, greek yogurt and dinner is another fairly healthy choice.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
In addition to working out at the box 3-4 times a week, I frequently run longer distances and incorporate at-home strength training.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I have run 8 marathons and did gymnastics growing up.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I've been at Trident for a year and love it! I have also spent some time doing Traveling WODs and at-home WODs. They do the job but aren't nearly as fun.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
Sometimes I add in a second workout of a run depending on the WOD of the day.
