Bio

I train at Atomic Athlete, a private strength and conditioning gym in Austin, Texas. I’m coached by co-owners Jake Saenz and Tod Moore. My base sports and conditioning plan follows the fluid periodization model developed by Rob Shaul of Mountain Athlete (Jackson Hole, Wy). I work on my Olympic lifts at GrassIron each week. I am coached by the co-owner of GrassIron, Amalia Litras. I also spend time working on microdurability/injury prevention with Sarah E. Scott (owner) at Fitness Doctors Sports Rehabilitation studio. I maintain my overall physical health and joint stability by working with sports practitioners Jill Thomson, MSc, DC, CCSP - owner Austin Sports Therapy and Angela Rich, ATC,PT,ScD - owner Elite Physical Therapy.
