How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
This year I have began to focus more on eating quality food. Very lucky to have a wife who loves to cook for me. I eat to support activity level.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
Played football and baseball at La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Played College Baseball at Lubbock Christian University. Drafted in the 32nd round to the L.A. Angels in 2007. Played Pro Ball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
2016 has been a change for me in Crossfit. First year having an opportunity to train with others and not alone.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
Typically have an active recovery day on Thursdays and I take a full rest day on Sundays.
