• Teams will have a total of 10 minutes for all four athletes to complete their lifts using a single barbell. The team score will be the sum of each athlete’s successfully completed lift. There is no scaling for Masters or Scaled Divisions.

    Video Submission Standards

    Prior to starting, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Shoot the video from the side so it is clear that full lockout is reached at the top, the bar touches the chest at the bottom, the hips remain on the bench and the feet remain on the floor.
