For time, with one athlete working at a time, work together to complete:

150 wall-ball shots, 20 / 14 lb. to 10-foot target
100 cleans, 155 / 105 lb.
50 muscle-ups

  • Only one athlete may be working at a time. This event starts with the medicine ball on the floor and the first athlete standing tall. Teams may share the work and rotate the working athlete in any manner they choose, but athletes must tag each other when switching. All wall-ball reps must be completed prior to moving on to the cleans, and all cleans must be completed before starting the muscle-ups. This event ends when the last rep of the muscle-up is complete. The team score is the time to complete all the repetitions.

The wall-ball target height must be at least 305 cm for the Rx Division and 275 cm for the Masters and Scaled Divisions.

    Video Submission Standards

All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Prior to starting, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen clearly, and film the measuring of the height of the wall-ball target, as well as the weight of the balls. Shoot the movements from the side so it is clear that proper depth and height is reached on the wall-ball shots, elbows are in front of the bar while standing tall on the clean, and lockout is shown at the bottom and top of the muscle-up.
