• Teams will have 10 minutes for all four athletes to complete their lifts using a single barbell. The team score will be the sum of each athlete’s successfully completed lift. Racks are permitted. There is no scaling for Masters or Scaled divisions.

    Video Submission Standards

    Prior to starting, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Shoot the video from the side so it is clear proper depth is being reached on each rep. Prior to each attempt, state the weight about to be lifted. Before starting, state the code word “P.R.“ to verify that the event was performed after the start time.
