Notes
Prior to starting the event, set up the floor plan as shown. The camera must be placed at a 45-degree angle from the wall. Face away from the camera for 50 reps and toward the camera for 50 reps.
Begin the event behind the start line. After “3, 2, 1 … go,” move across the second line and begin the burpees. After 50 burpees, change directions to face the camera. Time stops when you touch the 12-inch line above your reach on the final burpee.
Your score will be the total time taken to complete the event or the total number of repetitions completed before the 7-minute time cap. There is no tiebreak.
After the event is complete, walk to the camera and state the password BEFORE moving or turning off the camera.

For each event, be sure you have adequate space to safely complete all the movements. Clear the area of all extra equipment, people, or other obstructions.
Unless otherwise stated, athletes may not receive assistance with their equipment during the workout.
Any athlete who in any way alters the equipment or movements described in this document or shown in the event standards video may be disqualified from the competition.

Video Submission Standards

Film ALL competition area measurements so the distances can be seen clearly.

Use the camera placement provided in the floor plan.

Avoid placing the camera low to the ground. We recommend placing the camera at least 3 feet off the ground.

Videos must be uncut and unedited to accurately display the performance.

A clock or timer must be visible throughout the event.

Videos shot with a fisheye lens or similar lens may be rejected.

Do NOT use a countdown timer.

Ensure the judge does not obstruct the view of the athlete.

1 of 4Stand with your feet together and toes against the wall. While standing with your hips and knees straight, extend your arms overhead. Touch your thumbs together and extend your fingers. Make a mark at the top of your fingertips.2 of 4Then, create a line 12 inches above the initial mark. The bottom of this line must be 12 inches above the initial mark. Clearly show the measurement process during your video submission.3 of 4You must touch your chest and thighs to the ground at the bottom of each burpee.4 of 4At the top of each burpee, you must touch at or above the 12-inch line with one hand. If you miss the touch or touch below the line, the entire burpee must be repeated. The first 50 burpees must be completed facing one direction, and the final 50 must be completed facing the other direction.
