The 2017 Reebok CrossFit Invitational took place on Nov. 5, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. After an exciting competition among the four teams, the Pacific Team reigned supreme on home soil. 

Update Show analysts Tommy Marquez and Pat Sherwood are back in the Update Studio to recap the event. The guys break down each workout, and share their thoughts on ways the Canada, Europe, Pacific and USA Teams performed well, as well as where there was room for improvement.
