One of the most unique aspects of the CrossFit community is that it brings together people of all ages. The 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games, which took place Aug. 1-5, are no exception.

The youngest competitors at the Games were just 14 and the oldest were over 60. 

Before the competition commenced, Reebok had a chat with three women competitors who span across three generations.
