The Pacific Team has never finished higher than third at the Reebok CrossFit Invitational. Will 2017 be the year it takes home the gold? Competing on home soil just might be the extra edge the team needs to win it all. 

Sean Woodland, Jeremy Austin and Rory McKernan are in Melbourne, and were able to catch up with the Pacific Team during a practice session. McKernan sat down with team coach James Newbury and Fittest Woman on Earth Tia-Clair Toomey to discuss strategy for Sunday's competition.
