From the box to the pool, six-time CrossFit Games athlete Lauren Fisher takes us through a day full of training and shares her plans for the 2021 CrossFit Games season.
In her latest video, Fisher starts her day with back squats and a workout at the gym. After her morning session, she practices her breathing and swimming techniques at a nearby pool before heading home to grab some food and share her newest home renovations.
Following her big reveal about returning to individual competition, Fisher says, “I really wanted to see where I was at last year, so now this year will be the moment of truth where I get to see where I’m at with all the other top girls. It’s going to be fun, it’s going to be tough … and (I’ll) just keep doing my thing, putting in the work every single day and training hard.”
